Will The Chocolate Fountain Serve?
Our packages include enough delicious
gourmet chocolate to accommodate your guests. Our Small Chocolate
Fountain package will accommodate up to 100 guests and our Medium Chocolate
Fountain Package accommodates up to 300 guests). However, keep in mind that the Chocolate
Fountain will serve an unlimited number of people by adding additional
chocolate.
Do I Have To Set
Up, Tear Down & Clean Up The Chocolate Fountain?
Fortunately, we do all the work
for you. We will arrive at your special event at least 30 minutes
prior to the designated starting time. The Chocolate Fountain will then
be carefully set up and the chocolate will be melted and flowing
elegantly so your guests will smell the sweet aroma of chocolate as soon
as they enter the room. We then will clean up and dismantle the Chocolate Fountain when
our time has ended. You will only have to enjoy your party!
How Long Can I
Have The Chocolate Fountain At My Event?
Our small package includes
use of the Chocolate Fountain for 2 hours, our medium package includes
2.5 hours. This is usually plenty of time for most
occasions. This does not include set up and tear down, which are done on
our time. For occasions such as trade shows, conventions or other events
where additional time is needed, you can request overtime at an
additional cost.
Who Provides The
Dipping Items For The Chocolate Fountain?
We would be happy to provide dipping items
along with your chocolate fountain. If you are working with a caterer or banquet
facility, they can provide them. Our "Dipping Items Package" includes 7 dipping items. Please

What
Dipping Items Can Be Used With The Chocolate Fountain?
The Chocolate Fountain will be the
centerpiece at your event. Our Dipping Items Package includes the
most popular items. Substitutions are permitted so you can be as
creative as you like - what doesn't go with chocolate?
What Area Do You
Service?
Our pricing includes delivery
and set up at any facility located within 20 miles of Southbury. We
are happy to service other areas
in Connecticut and surrounding states for an additional travel charge..

Can The Chocolate
Fountain Be Used Outdoors?
The Chocolate Fountain will only
operate in enclosed areas. Because of the chocolate's sweet aroma,
little flying creatures are very likely to be attracted to the
waterfall. Beyond that, maintaining the temperature of chocolate is
critical for continued smooth operation. This would be difficult to
accomplish in an outside setting.
Do You Require
Reservations To Rent A Chocolate Fountain & A Deposit?
Yes, we require a reservation, a
signed agreement and a $200.00 deposit to reserve a fountain.
Reservations are limited and are on a first-come first-served basis. The
balance of your payment is due 10 days prior to the scheduled

Does The Chocolate
Fountain Use Real Chocolate?
We use a high quality
Belgian Coverture Chocolate. This is done for two reasons:
First and foremost:
Taste is of utmost importance and we will not compromise quality.
Secondly, the quality, consistency and flow of the chocolate will be
much more appealing. We offer milk, dark, white, kosher and parve
chocolate.
What Is Coverture
Chocolate?
Coverture chocolate is a high
quality chocolate that contains extra cocoa butter (32-39%). The higher
percentage of cocoa butter, combined with the processing, gives the
chocolate a creamy mellow flavor and allows the chocolate to flow
through the fountain more elegantly.
How Much Chocolate
Do You Provide?
Our pricing includes gourmet chocolate to
accommodate up to 40 people with our mini package, 100 people with our small package, and up to 300 people with the medium packages. For events that require more chocolate, we
offer you the ability to purchase additional chocolate in 5 pound
increments.
What Is The Size
Of The Chocolate Fountain?
The mini chocolate fountain is 19 inches high, the small chocolate fountain is 25 inches
high and 12 inches in diameter. The medium chocolate fountain is
29 inches high and 16 inches in diameter.
What Are The Table
& Electrical Requirements?
Since The Chocolate Fountain weighs
approximately 100 pounds when full, a level, sturdy table is a must. We
recommend a 6-foot rectangular table. A
regular electrical outlet located close to the fountain is also
required.
Do You Provide
The Decorations For Around The Chocolate Fountain?
The Chocolate Fountain itself is
the ultimate decoration for any table. We will provide decorative linens
(to match colors if available), silk floral and ribbons to accent your
theme. The table will look beautiful!
Is The Chocolate
Peanut-Free?
Our chocolate supplier states that there
are no peanuts processed in their facility. There is one
manufacturing line that processes almonds, but the chocolate does not
flow through this equipment.
